About Us
As a truly rural church, this congregation maintains a membership around 100 with an average attendance of over 50 each Sunday. There are young families as well as older folks. Often there are 15 kids at the children's story.
Sunday School is offered for all ages at 10:00 a.m. each Sunday morning followed by worship at 11:00 a.m. Men's Fellowship meets for breakfast every Tuesday, 6:30 a.m. at the Precision Ag building just west of Shallow Water. Wednesday evening bible study is held weekly, 7:00 p.m. at the church.
People attending Prairie View come from the communities of Garden City, Holcomb, Scott City and the surrounding country side. There is a real sense of family and community at Prairie View.
